Join me for the August New Moon Sprout Sister Circle!
Meditation, breathwork and setting intentions with the new moon!
We will be doing a little bit of drawing (or painting if you feel inclined). So, bring your art supplies, or simply a pen and 3 pieces of paper.
Bring your smudge/incense, crystals and anything else you want to set your sacred space.
Don't forget your tea and journal!
