1 on 1 Coaching Container
This is a deep scuba dive into your relationship with yourself. These containers are personalized to your needs, and can be 1 month, 3 months or 6 months. I approach each session with an open heart and open mind, and create a safe container to express your heart, become vulnerable and express your truth.
The WIld Creatrix Program
Group programs are a beautiful way to feel seen and heard in an intimate group of sisters. We deep dive into self compassion, radical self expression, connection to our own body/mind/spirit eco-system and connect to each other through vulnerability and authenticity.
